I’m Tyson Stiles, a wedding DJ and guitarist based in Medina. Tell me the song you want to walk down the aisle to, the names I need to practice before introductions, and the one track your friends will sprint to the dance floor for. That’s where we start.
From cocktail hour to the last dance
Cocktail-hour and reception DJ coverage runs consecutively on site. We’ll plan music for drinks and dinner, decide how you want to be introduced, and work through first dances, toasts, and your must-play and do-not-play lists. Once the dancing starts, I’ll read the room and leave space for the songs that surprise us.
Can you cover the ceremony, too?
Yes. Ceremony audio is an add-on. We’ll talk through who needs a microphone, where your officiant will stand, and when to cue the processional and recessional. If the ceremony and reception are at different venues, send both locations and the start times so I can check setup access and travel time.
Can you play guitar and DJ the same wedding?
Absolutely. You can have live acoustic guitar as you walk down the aisle or while guests catch up over cocktails, then have me behind the decks for the reception. If you have a particular song in mind, tell me the recording you love so we can talk through an acoustic version.
What else can we add?
Uplighting can bring your colors into the reception room. A photo booth gives guests something to take home. Tell me which extras you’re considering and I’ll put together options for your space.
